1. Overview & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by VIRT Pvt Ltd (“VIRT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a vertically integrated deep-tech engineering company operating across UAV Systems and Product Development.

By accessing or using our website (the “Platform”) or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Relationship

The Platform is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries related to engineering, UAV systems, and product development services. Use of the Platform does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and VIRT.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other user or the operations of VIRT. You agree not to misuse the Platform by knowingly introducing malicious software, attempting unauthorized access, or submitting false, misleading, or unlawful information.

4. Confidentiality & Information Submission

Any information submitted through the Platform, including project details, technical inputs, or inquiries, is considered non-confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Submission of such information does not create any obligation on VIRT to maintain confidentiality, provide services, or enter into a business relationship.

Users are advised not to submit sensitive, proprietary, classified, or restricted information without a formal agreement such as a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, engineering concepts, images, and content, is owned by or licensed to VIRT and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any engineering discussions, technical insights, proposals, or conceptual inputs shared by VIRT through the Platform or during preliminary communication remain the intellectual property of VIRT unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Service Delivery & Projects

Submission of inquiries or engagement with VIRT does not guarantee acceptance of a project, delivery of services, or any defined timeline. All services are subject to separate agreements, including scope, terms, pricing, and deliverables.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VIRT provides the Platform and its content on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we aim to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the Platform. Engineering outcomes or product results discussed are indicative and not guaranteed unless defined in a formal agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIRT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on its content.

Users acknowledge that engineering, UAV systems, and product development inherently involve technical risks and uncertainties. VIRT shall not be held liable for any outcomes unless expressly defined under a signed contractual agreement.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
